Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all check risk management systems and reporting.
Act as a liaison between Business Systems Development and Risk Operations to ensure the business needs of the Risk Operation's are being addressed and met.
Act as a liaison between Business Systems Development and Technology.
Responsible for successful system integration, implementation and development of prioritized initiatives.
Write business requirements for new enhancements, review new system design documents, and write and perform user acceptance testing.
Ensure the smooth implementation of the approved enhancements as well as the education of the risk analysts of those enhancements.
Responsible for new data and process acquisition, beginning with research to identify through vendor negotiations.
Perform special projects as agreed upon by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required with minimum of 4 years experience in a business related position
Minimum 2 years risk management experience preferred
A high degree of flexibility, ability to meet changing needs
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, with exceptional organizational, documentation and presentational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; within the department, within the organization, and with external clients or client's representative
Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills for problem solving
Ability to work on complex projects independently using project management process
Ability to independently prioritize and follow-up on commitments and take initiative to resolve issues
Experience querying data or using reporting packages such as SQL and Brio preferred
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
Ability to interact on a variety of personal and professional levels
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
