Business Strategy Consultant or Sr. Consultant

As part of the Management Consulting group, the Business Strategy team provides strategic and transformational business solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for individuals who can successfully provide consulting services to business strategy clients. Candidates must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast paced, and rapidly changing environment.Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and analytical consulting for large corporate clients in the Business Strategy solution, interacting successfully with senior and divisional management across the enterprise.Requirements:

Minimum 1 year (consultant); 3 years (Sr. Consultant): Operational or managerial experience in a business setting; Business Case Development; and project based experience (can include internship and/or consulting school projects for recent grads at Consultant Level)

Sr. Consultants must have at least 3 years experience in consulting services for business strategy clients or work in corporate strategic planning, market assessment, market entry/market expansion, customer segmentation, business case development and cost optimization

Ability to work well as a team

Very strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities

Ability to solve problems by applying frameworks and communicate implications for the client

Capable of working independently while under the general direction of an Engagement Manager

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Minimum 1 year knowledge of general business software tools and applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SPSS)Education required:
Bachelors degree for Consultants, MBA preferred for Senior ConsultantsMust be able to travel weekly 75-100%Locations: NY, Chicago, DC, Atlanta, Houston/Dallas, Mountainview,CA-major US cities
