We are currently looking for a Business Services Sales Manager to lead our Business Services Department. As part of our highly successful CompUSA team, you would be responsible for managing the marketing and selling of products and services to local small to medium size business customers, government and other business entities. Implementing strategic plans to develop, promote, integrate, and communicate the Business Services sales of technology and services.
The Business Services Sales Manager manages the Business Services Sales Representatives. This key player's essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drive controlled growth of sales and gross margin to meet or exceed established personal and Sales Team goals by ensuring the execution of company sales initiatives. Set margin and sales goals for the Business Services Sales Representatives. Ensure operational excellence of the Business Services Sales Organization and is responsible for Team Member certification compliance and training.
Create and maintain a marketing plan for small to medium size business customers. Design and develop marketing materials and strategies. Participate in Business Solution Sales planning sessions. Create new methods of generating new small to medium size business sales. Participate in local community and store events.
Develop effective working relationship with Technology Training and Technical Services Team Members to maximize service solution sales.

The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on multiple challenges with 4-6 years of commission sales experience in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a lead role, or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training is required.
A high school diploma is required, college degree is preferred.
Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize work activities and meet deadlines in order to produce consistent results.
This individual must exhibit the ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with co-workers, team members, customers, and others encountered during the course of business day and demonstrate strong orientation to customer service.
