Business Process Consultant, Senior

Key Role:Serve as a lead analyst in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) engagements. Provide expertise on process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management projects. Lead BPR analysis, design, and implementation. Develop and nurture client relationships.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-3 years of experience with BPR or Business Process Improvement


-1 year of experience with leading large tasks or projects


-1 year of experience with managing client relationships





Additional Qualifications:


-Knowledge of process mapping tools, including iGrapfx, Visio, and Websphere


-Experience with government or commercial consulting preferred


-Experience with strategic planning, change management, and organizational redesign
