Business Planning Coordinator
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: **Non-Exempt**Responsible for supporting pilot recruitment projects for the Higher Education Division. Serve as the point of contact for functional area counterparts. Utilize basic technological skills in areas such as administration, budgeting, work planning, work flow, and project management. Set priorities and document procedures for assigned tasks and responsibilities.With guidance from senior staff, has primary responsibility for supporting pilot recruitment projects for the Higher Education Division.Application of basic technological skills in at least four of the following areas is required: administration, financial management, educational measurement, statistical analysis, operations, systems or research.Develop business requirements and project planning documentation in support of a variety of technical projects.Ability to collect, analyze and interpret program and technical data and make recommendations for process improvements.Engage in regular written and verbal contact with clients and contractors, as required, to ensure satisfactory development and implementation of projects.Lead special projects as assigned and actively participate in suggesting, analyzing and implementing new and improved processes, methods, and/or systems to enhance performance of the division.Identify and implement process improvements and/or policy changes to increase productivity, save money, and improve customer service.Advanced working knowledge of MS Office suite is required Knowledge of pilot recruitment processes, statistical analysis needs for pBT, CBT and iBT, MS Project and SharePoint is highly desirable.Advanced communication skills, through telephone and computer use, are required.
