About Us –
MOC1 Solutions, LLC provides wireless service advisor solutions to auto dealerships throughout the country. We are currently searching for a Business Manager with 3+ years experience to join our team!

The job -
A MOC1 Business Manager must understand and perform these essential duties:

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations at the MOC1 facilities.
Provide general accounting, Human Resource, legal and financial services.
Manage any secretarial/administrative support services.
Manage varies office functions such as conference room scheduling, phone services, and office supplies.
Interface with building owner on facilities issues.
Interface with vendors for MOC1.
Manage various service contracts.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
3+ years experience in a similar role
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Expert problem-solver.
Experience in Accounting principles, Human Resource, Legal Services, Financial Management and Contracts Management.
Expert in organizational, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal
direction.
Excellent Leadership and People Management skills.
Extensive use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working in an IT environment is a big plus

This position is currently located in Pacoima, CA but will be moving to Glendora, CA in August 2006!
