Business Intelligence / Data Anlytics professionals needed for opportunities in San Francisco, Palo Alto and Oakland! Openings are temp, temp to hire and direct hire. Salary negotiable

Our clients have needs for Business Intelligence / Data Analytics professionals in multiple disciplines including, but not limited to Data Mining, Data Analytics, Database Marketing and Marketing Analytics.

Data analytics specialists collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior. Candidates should possess a strong combination of analytic and programming capabilities. Candidates engage with customers to understand their data related issues. They will then suggest strategies and approaches to extract the necessary intelligence from the data and deliver it to business end users.

Qualifications:
-- Translating business questions into rigorous quantitative analysis
-- Written and oral communication
-- Use of standard statistical packages such as SAS, SPSS or KXEN
-- Data mining, Multivariate statistical modeling, Pattern recognition
-- Modeling of complex data, Predictive modeling, Behavioral modeling
-- Strategic planning, Project Management
-- Competitive Data Analysis, Sales Analysis
-- Understanding of ETL techniques, data transformation, data matching and cleansing would be of an advantage.
-- Query, Reporting and OLAP tools, such as Business Objects / Crystal Reports and Alterian
