Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Financial Systems consulting with Deltek/Costpoint, Elite, Oracle or Peoplesoft. Experience with requirements gathering and needs assessment, technology planning, software training, systems integration and deployment is highly desired.

As a Beers & Cutler Business Information Systems Senior Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Implement financial accounting systemsConduct pre-implementation business needs analysesFacilitate software selection processesAnalyze software and systems compatibilityReview business models and business processes for systems needsConduct usage pilots and systems testingTrain end-users on software applications and business process changesAssist companies in leveraging legacy and enterprise systems while adapting and integrating appropriate new technologiesAnalyze software and systems functionality and identify opportunities for performance improvement
At Beers & Cutler our Senior Consultants:Plan engagements and are responsible for delegating workDeal directly with clients and are viewed as a client problem solverReview work of lower level staffTrain, coach and counsel subordinatesPrepare and deliver engagement evaluations and provide input to annual reviews
REQUIREMENTS


Ideal Candidates will have:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, AIS or equivalent from accredited college/universityFour plus (4+) years experience with systems implementation/ERP SolutionsProject Management skillsPrevious supervisory experienceExperience working in a professional services environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCPA preferred.
