Business Improvement Analyst, Consultant

No relocation assistance is offered.We are is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve in a lead role for a new engagement in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Business Improvement Office of our client.The candidate will provide leadership and management and be responsible for consistent approaches to customer service assessment; defining, collecting, and reporting the business service performance measures; providing agency-level business process improvement functions including trouble shooting, resolution of complex issues, rulings when more than one policy may apply and be in conflict, and translating the learnings into continuous improvement; and maintenance of the client office website and delivery.The candidate will possess skills in strategic planning, performance measurement, balanced scorecard, development of Key Performance Indicators, project management, communications, web development and maintenance. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.Requirements:
2+ years business experience
1+ year consulting and management experience.
1+ year hands-on project management
1+ year business process improvement experience.
1+ year in customer service assessment/metrics.
1+ year experience defining, collecting and reporting business service performance measures/key performance indicators.
1+ year of work experience in strategic planning.
Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
1+ year in web development and web maintenance (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Relational Database Design, MS Access, SQL Server).
Bachelors degreePreferred experience:
Client management experience; diplomacy is a must.
Performance measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
Ability to become a subject matter expert on client's work quickly.
Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Presentation creation and delivery skills.
Able to convey complex ideas in creative, easy-to-understand ways.
A passion for health care.
Ability to identify challenges and roadblocks and create contingency plans to address each.
