By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Senior Associate in Business Development is to coordinate with the UBS Investment Bank to create opportunities for UBS Wealth Management, including private wealth management, corporate cash management, monetization events, stock benefit administration, deferred compensation, and defined benefits programs. You develop and prepare presentation material to support the Corporate Services Executive Group’s (CESG) business development efforts. You coordinate with Private Wealth Management (PWM) team to further develop and support business development. You support Financial Advisors (FAs) and Investment Bank Division (IBD) bankers relative to sales and marketing for 10b6-I Insider Trading Programs, working with senior corporate executives, boards of directors, and professional groups. You manage Directed Share Programs for companies going public. You coordinate with IBD sectors and Equity Capital Market Group (ECMG). You work closely with the Business Development Group within CESG to match investment banking opportunities from Financial Advisors with investment bankers and boutique investment banking firms. You assist in coordinating Global Group Client Initiative (GGCI) on behalf of UBS Wealth Management. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a College Graduate with at least 2 years of experience. You have an entrepreneurial focus, with good product knowledge across the Wealth Management platform, and overall UBS Group. You have high quality communication skills. You have a collaborative focus and are a strong team player.
