Currently BISYS is seeking a Business Development Retirement Coordinator. A Retirement Coordinator provides assistance to financial advisors, plan sponsors and partner relationships of BISYS in building qualified retirement plans. This involves fielding inbound calls and responding to inquires related to new retail sales by providing consultative plan design and technical support. The Retirement Coordinator works closely with the BISYS Internal Wholesaler and Regional Vice-President providing support to financial advisors within a defined region.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls from our Partners Distribution channels and provide the appropriate information on sales strategy, pricing, or competitive information.
Provide plan design and technical support for Financial Advisors.
Responsible for providing sales support for our Partners Distribution channels.
Generate proposal and marketing materials for our various Partner products.
Generate New Comparability illustrations.
Maintain Partner marketing materials and proposal templates.
Complete plan installation calls.
Perform web demos for Financial Advisors and Plan Sponsors.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of three years experience in the Retirement Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
