As a Business Development Manager the primary responsibilities will be to execute a solid sales plan in developing staffing options for the Indianapolis market. The qualified candidate will be a high energy individual that enjoys the ”hunt" for new business and the ability to succeed in a competitive environment. This position will also have the full support from our operations team to deliver the product.

Qualifications:
1-3 years experience with business to business selling preferredStrong prospecting skillsAbility to develop and evaluate sales strategiesExcellent communication skills
