Business Development Manager

Venturi Staffing Partners, a division of CBS Personnel Holdings and a dominant player in the staffing industry, has expanded operations in to Bellevue. We seek an aggressive, accountable and self-motivated performer to join our team! Is that you?

As Business Development Manager you will make a difference by assessing client needs for staffing solutions, and prospecting and selling new business opportunities in a variety of industries. You will also have the opportunity to recruit and place qualified temporary associates for our valued clients!
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years outside sales experience, a demonstrated ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment, and a talent for assessing business needs, building relationships and generating revenue. Staffing industry experience is a big plus and a degree is preferred. Dynamic communication and organizational skills are required, as is personal integrity and a spirit of fun!
