Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager must be a career sales professional and a top producer within the medical device or medical service sales industries.
Individual must have a demonstrated commitment as well as the ability to win and work with large physician practices, exceptional selling and relationship building skills to gain market share in targeted ENT practices. Must also have a proven, sustainable track record of sales achievement, be effective in qualfiying opportunities, reaching decsision makers and closing business in a fast paced competitive market.
Successful candidate must be results oriented, self-motivated, adaptive and committed to reaching sales goals. REQUIREMENTSMust have at a minimum 3 yrs of medical sales experience.Experience in effectively managing multiple accounts and a business development pipeline.Strong customer development and relationship management skills.Polished, professional demeanor.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to influence othersStrong presentation and platform skills
