Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is responsible for developing new business.
Use a consultative selling approach to gain access to the broker’s point of sale process, integrate technology and develop user activity.

BDM ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
·Influence decision-makers to utilize services
·Train users on inputting their loans through AccessPoint in order to implement an e-commerce solution to maximize their business

The BDM accomplishes this by getting face-to-face in broker offices.
REQUIREMENTS
·2+ years of wholesale mortgage sales experience required
·1+ years of experience training brokers on an automated loan fulfillment solution with a Non Prime, Alt-A or Prime mortgage lender is required
·Capable of implementing a pre-defined sales strategy and sales process to achieve daily activity goals
·Solution oriented sales experience with a strong understanding of SPIN selling techniques and the customer buying process
·Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of office visits to each existing account 2-3 times a week in order to achieve daily goals and help users achieve proficiency with online technology
