Business Development Executive-Consulting Services

Beacon Partners is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive for its Ambulatory consulting practice. Five to seven years of demonstrated health care business development experience selling revenue cycle, search and selections, implementation, and IT strategy services to large physician groups and speciality clinics is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and or sales in a consulting environment and progressive management experience along with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of results/detail orientation.

Successful candidate must have a network of health care senior executives at the CIO, CFO and CEO level. Participation in major industry conferences, HIMSS, HFMA, MGMA, and other association a must.

This position is a strategic position within a growing, fast paced, entrepreneurial company. Extensive travel and client relations work will be required.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated business development and sales background
An active peer network
Active in health care associations
Knowledge of health care IT as a global industry and issues associated with health care delivery
Executive presence and professional appearance
Must be a self starter and possess the ability to work independently
Client service orientation

This position will have a base salary with sales incentives. No relocation is necessary. Quarterly travel to Boston headquarters will be required.
