The Dannon Company, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks Business Development Director- Hispanic Market to lead strategic development & business plan to reach Hispanic consumers. You will be expected to achieve market share leadership in Hispanic/west markets with targeted sales goal of $100 to $200 Million. You will develop portfolio for targeted consumers in all clusters and establish & lead a team to achieve these results. Requires finance or business degree & significant experience as Sales /Trade Marketing Manager with major CPG Co. with annual sales of at least $1 Billion. Requires international experience with Hispanic /Latin American markets with CPG company with at least $3 Billion global annual sales . Requires international experience with a major customer to deliver growth agenda. Requires business management skills; matrix environment management experience; team management experience and depth & breadth in retail sales with major customer. Requires extensive travel.
