Job Description:As a Business Development team member you will be responsible for all internet sales calls and appointment setting for the sales department. This means answering incoming phone calls and sales calls. Making out bound phone call to customers and potential customers to set, confirm, and check the outcome of their appointments. There is clerical and data entry involved in maintaining the customer CRM or database and tracking results. You will be taught the basics of product knowledge for the product line. You will also be responsible for handling all internet inquires and processing the internet leads. You will have to respond to all leads quickly and accurately.Responsibilities include:Outgoing phone appointment setting
Incoming phone appointment setting
Internet inquiry appointment setting
Data Entry
Sales SupportYou will be expected to attend and pass a certification training program.

Advanced Internet understanding
Excellent follow-through skills
Solid working knowledge of the Internet
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to work flexible hours

Experience in CRM systems
Experience answering multi-line phone system
