Responsible for meeting monthly volume goals through the development and maintenance of a network of mortgage brokers by providing quality service and effective client management and training.

Job Function & Responsibilities:

1. Solicit, develop, train and manage a group of mortgage broker clients to meet the volume and quality objectives of the company.

2. Maintain a thorough understanding of MLN underwriting policy guidelines, product descriptions, M-Loan and pricing.

3. Complete competitive analysis as directed by the Region Sales Director or Senior Management.

4. Manage assigned expense budget.

5. Attend trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings as necessary.

6. Monitors competitive pricing, products and marketing strategies

7. Completes all reporting requirements as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Undergraduate college degree preferred

Experience/Training:
Minimum 2 years of mortgage sales, mortgage industry or business to business/consumer sales experience. Demonstrated success in prior work environment.

Skills:
Strong organization and planning, sales acumen (persuasiveness), customer service, initiative, self-motivation and presentation skills.
