Job description
Responsible for selling business critical servers to key system integrators. Will have a sales quota and be responsible for working collaboratively on a virtual sales team. Key responsibilities and duties include:Driving complete sales cycle for Business Critical Servers (BCS) in assigned System Integrators - CapGemini and Deloitte - including opportunity qualification/development, pricing and delivery strategy, and opportunity closure. Completion of funnel and forecast input and management, as well as other required sales reporting. Development of strong customer management skills. Work to achieve trusted advisor relationship. Effective use of corporate/region/area resources to close opportunities. Utilization of key partners to extend reach into assigned accounts. Travel 50% to a multi-state region.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or relevant experienceIdeally has five or more years of successful over-quota sales experience of business critical servers. Must have experience selling to large system integrators, i.e. CapGemini, Deloitte. Must have experience selling complex solutions to high level decision makers. Experience working collaboratively on virtual sales teams. Strong leadership skills. Ideally has experience working from a home office. Must be self driven and able to work without day to day supervision. Strong knowledge of the server marketplace and hp's value solution. Accurate sales forecasting skills.
