Key Responsibilities:

•Collect and distribute weekly sales results to all areas of the organization.
•Continuous reporting to management utilizing retail sales results.
•Provide ongoing sales analysis for National Accounts, Field Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
•Develop and execute assortment and promotional effectiveness analysis. ROI and profitability.
•Develop and communicate assortment and distribution recommendations based on analysis.
•Access retailer business interchange websites, i.e. Retail Link and Partners Online, to analyze point of purchase sales.
•Forecasting analysis on retail trends and category seasonality.
•Work closely with Customer Business Managers and VP of National Account Sales to develop and create customized analysis for accounts.
•Work closely with Financial and Production Planning Manager to tailor analysis for financial purposes.
•Analyze and report effectiveness of in-store demonstration program.

REQUIREMENTS
Key Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree
•2+ years of retail experience
•Prior experience with National retailers preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel (graphs, pivot tables, and formulas preferred)
•Basic understanding of retailer financials
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Project management skills / time management skills
•A very high degree of organizational skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy
