Key responsibilities include:


Producing and maintaining training materials related to data warehousing and other IS functions in our division


Working on various ongoing projects geared toward the development and enhancement of effective training programs


Uploading training documents to the intranet for reference by internal staff


Staying up-to-date on any additions or changes to our systems


Ensuring that training materials are in place to facilitate a continuously productive work environment

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with one or more business aspects of IS development, and the ability to discuss and present business and technical information simultaneously is essential. We need a candidate with technical writing skills, or the ability to present written technical specifications. Formal technical writing or technical training experience is strongly preferred, as is a background in data warehousing, project management, business analysis and healthcare. Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential. A Bachelor's degree is a must.
