Business Analyst I, II, or III

The responsibilities of this role include:



The Business Analyst will play an integral role in the departments activities and are given a high level of responsibility.


Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):
Development of industry and market analysis, marketing and business plans, and business strategies and roadmaps.
Formulating new business proposals, developing company and new business opportunity forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, and preparing investment documents.

Analysts are expected to work on every aspect of research and transaction process, including participation in whitepapers, new business proposals, and due diligence meetings.

Upon deal execution, analysts are responsible for implementation oversight of projects.The Business Analyst will benefit from:

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
Must have a bachelors degree. Major in Economics, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing are a plus. Candidates holding masters degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing are preferred.
Should posses strong project management skills.
