Business Analyst

Marquette Financial Companies is a $2 Billion financial services holding company with a portfolio of subsidiary operating companies. Due to continued growth there is a need for an IT Business Analyst.

The IT Business Analyst will be a member of the Meridian Bank Arizona and Texas team reporting directly to the Vice President of Projects and Planning. Their primary focus will be to oversee the possible conversion of a bank core system while providing expert technical support and training to bank employees. This role acts as the MFC IT liaison to the bank helping to enhance operational work flow, manage projects and coordinate all related documentation. The IT Business Analyst will be required to travel to both Texas and Minnesota.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a college degree and 5+ years progressive experience in the Banking Industry with heavy involvement with supporting core systems. Preferred candidates will have exposure to or knowledge of large vendor systems such as FISERV CBS, metavante, Jack Henry and Digital Insight. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Preferred candidates will be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
