Business Analysis Consultant
Managers and business owners of large, complex projects will benefit by your requirements research, needs assessments, feasibility and cost/benefit analyses, and ability to facilitate communication between IT and various business units. We will also rely on you to provide staff and project leadership, utilize and manage technology to support business modeling and documentation, coordinate QA phases of test planning/tracking, and identify opportunities for resource, technology and process improvements.
This multi-faceted position calls for a confident, business-savvy professional with at least 5 years; experience in project management, business analysis, process design and/or technology development. Knowledge of and the ability to use Requirements Management and Project Management methodologies is expected, as well as exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient with technical concepts related to software develop/design, business process modeling, complex algorithms and similar tools. Other qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration or MIS (or work equivalent) and proven leadership skills in a complex organizational culture.
