Business Administration Academic Chair

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. a publicly traded corporation and one of the nation's leading providers of post-secondary training for adult learners with 85 campuses, two continuing education centers in 21 states and 46 colleges plus 15 corporate training centers in seven Canadian provinces is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Business Administration Academic Chair for our Everest College – Dallas, TX campus.

General Duties:
Oversee, manage & direct academic programs for our Medical program.
Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, accreditation standards & acceptable rate of student retention
Assist in hiring, training & scheduling faculty
Supervise & evaluate faculty & student activities
Assist the Dean in curricula review & development
Teach as needed
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors Degree required (Official Academic Transcript(s) required at interview)
Minimum four years experience in management or related field.
Ability to Inspire and Motivate employees
Staff, Supervise, Train and manage student retention
