Branch Sales Manager

The qualified candidate will work directly with the Branch Manager and will train and motivate the local production team. The Branch Sales Manager will work directly with each Loan Officer to help develop sales techniques to achieve branch office goals and personal expectations. This position will also work closely with the Builder's sales team to maintain strong relationships and communication
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Work experience required (include years experience):
Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years FHA, VA and Conventional loan experience and have a strong sales background.

Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities (indicate “required” or “preferred”):
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the processing of all mortgage loans for the building division from point of sale through closing.
- Assist with the training of loan officers and assist in the development of all necessary training programs.
- Manage and motivate team members to ensure consistent and maximum performance levels.
- Provide performance feedback to the Branch Manager
