Job Description: Reporting to the District Manager, the Branch Manager’s responsibility is to provide leadership to plan, organize, and direct activities and strategies for assigned branch to assure that operational and financial performance is maintained.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Planning, directing and monitoring branch sales and marketing activities.
· Providing staff development and training in sales, marketing and branch operations.
· Directing branch customer service activities to establish, improve and enhance customer service.
· Assisting in the hiring, counseling and promoting of personnel to ensure that a highly competent and professional branch staff is maintained.
· Conducting branch weekly close, preparing and submitting required administrative reports and financial information.
· Recruiting and dispatching and/or driving of temporary workers to work sites.
REQUIREMENTS
An IDEAL Branch Manager will have the following skills and/or characteristics:
· College Degree-Preferred but not required.
· 2 years outside sales and direct business-to-business sales.
· 2 years management experience-preferably in Staffing Industry but not required.
· P&L management.
· Account receivable/collection experience.
· Training and development skills.
· Communication skills.
· Financial and decision-making skills.
· Great customer service skills.
· Basic computer skills.
