We seek a strong general manager to take the lead at our fastest growing location. This position has final authority at the Branch level and is responsible for the overall operation (including office, sales, and installation functions) of the Greater Dallas Branch. The Branch Manager is charged with running the branch in a profitable manner in accordance with our mission statement, philosophy, corporate culture, and company policies and procedures.



The Branch Manager is involved in hiring, development, disciplining, and termination of all employees.



Candidate should have:

A minimum of ten years general management experience
A good working knowledge of home remodeling
Sales or sales management experience a plus (!)
Should understand basic accounting principles and P&L
Possess excellent people, communication, and customer relations skills
Bachelor's degree
