Benefits Supervisor

The Benefit Supervisor supervises and directs the development of and day-to-day implementation and administration of employee benefits.

Responsibilities include:
Supervising day to day operations
Implementing new/revised benefit plans
Assisting with designing/redesigning benefit plans
Leading the open enrollment process
Partnering with HRIS on development and maintenance of benefit related software
Assisting with developing and maintaining benefit budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of five years experience in design, planning, and administration of a variety of benefit plans.
In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations governing benefit plans (ERISA QDRO, HIPAA, etc.).
High level of understanding of government filing requirements for benefits plans (5500’s, etc.).
