Our ADP Dealer Services Division provides integrated computing solutions to 25,500 auto, truck, motorcycle, marine and recreational vehicle dealers throughout the world. We have an immediate opening available for a BZ Regional Sales Associate (RSA). This RSA is responsible for working with the baseline Sales Representatives and Retail Solutions Managers to sell to our BZ Results products. This RSA will help train, mentor and grow the sales force through continual training and review of sales processes and techniques. Sales tools such as marketing materials, pre-done presentations, multi-media email suites, sales process maps, phone guides, ROI (Return on Investment) calculators, competitive comparisons, case studies, satisfied customer testimonials, demos and the company CRM application will be provided to assist the RSA in attaining good, qualified customers. In addition, RSA's will receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to help them help their retailers. It is the RSA's responsibility to use these tools and resources whenever possible.
REQUIREMENTS
The RSA must use the CRM application for purposes of recording any and all customer interactions and activities. This includes all inbound/outbound calls, e-mails, faxes, scheduled appointments, contracts and all correspondence. RSA's will be responsible for synchronizing their mobile CRM application daily when the tool is distributed to them. In addition 25 connection calls will be made daily Monday- Friday.
The RSA is responsible for updating all Leads and Sales Opportunities assigned to him/her. This includes updating the products being presented, accurate quoting and pricing, contact information, any and all relevant account information and accurate close dates.
Administrative requirements are a function of any professional sales representative's position. These administrative tasks include but are not limited to: Forecasts, Win/ Loss Reports, Quarterly Objectives, handling calls such as collections within the year after sale, customer issues, general liaison between customer and company departments, and other administrative activities.
The RSA is required to contact current account base 4 times per year for the purpose of up-selling products and/or services and to check on satisfaction level. It will be the RSA's responsibility not only to maintain, but to continuously grow the current account base by offering and up-selling BZ Results and ADP products. In addition, the RSA will earn the right to ask for referrals from all of their dealer partners.
Forecasts and Objectives are to be provided to the VP's during weekly One on One Account Review Sessions but no later than the last day of each month. Win/Loss Reports are to be provided no later than 1 week after notification of a loss or, in the case of a win, at the time of order. Two daily conference calls are conducted. All RSA's (unless traveling or conducting presentations) are required to join these calls daily.
Our Regional Sales Associate ideally will have extensive understanding of the automobile retail business, a strong sales background, and have the ability to communicate with Dealer Principals. Ideally, the qualified candidate will have 3-5 years experience in the Dealership verticle. Knowledge of Automotive Finance & Insurance area also highly helpful. In addition, candidates must have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 months of job related formal sales training and 3-5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience.
