BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE

BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVEsalesperson, salesman, saleswoman, selling, inside sales, outside sales, account executive
Inside sales position responsible for selling GiftCertificates.com solutions/products. Develop, grow and maintain targeted business vertical and horizontal market opportunities through creative sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Through outbound sales activities, establish, grow, and maintain relationships with key decision makers in companies in market and territory to maximize revenue and company profitability.
Clearly and concisely present information to clients
Develop solid understanding of the horizontal and vertical markets in which GiftCertificates.com sells, and the value propositions of each. Effectively target, establish and grow business in these markets.
Aggressively prospect targeted corporate clients through cold calling and quickly determine account potential and strategy for account.
Work directly with customer support team in effectively and efficiently transitioning post-sales activities of managing the account.

REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong outbound selling skills with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of outbound inside sales experience with Corporate Clients. 1 or more years of experience working in the incentive, promotions, or marketing industry preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, understand the clients needs and build strong relationships with the customer to provide solutions to problems to meet the demands of the customer.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to effectively pitch and sell solutions via the telephone.
Forecasting and pipeline management experience with the proven ability to meet and/or exceed a monthly sales quota
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Experience with web-based presentations and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a high degree of familiarity with internet usage/searching
Self-motivator comfortable working autonomously; strong time management skills
