BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Position Title:
Business Development AssociatePosition Description:
Perform Sales & Marketing duties within the Business Development Department of a large national commercial construction company.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist in all marketing efforts of a national commercial construction company
•Develop new contacts and relationships
•Maintain current contacts and relationships
•Cold and warm calling
•Manage contacts utilizing customized contact management program
•Set and attend sales meetings/presentations
•Create tailored marketing packages
•Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
•Attend industry conferences and trade shows
•Some national travelCandidate Requirements:
Sales & Marketing majors preferred
Construction experience preferred
Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
