Bally Total Fitness is searching for motivated, fitness minded individuals to embark on an exciting career with the fitness leader. Responsibilities

Increase new membership enrollment through new business development efforts including servicing walk-ins, referrals from existing members, calling from telephone inquiry lists and actively generating new business from external sources.
Discuss potential member’s needs and present information regarding the features of our health clubs, their benefits, and walk them through membership options.
Ability to close new business and work within specified goals regarding performance objectives.
Job Requirements


Candidates must be fitness enthusiasts, outgoing, and understand the value and benefits as well as actively participates in fitness activities.
Possess excellent relationship building, interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills and be able to overcome objections.
A High School diploma or equivalent and pass a criminal background screen.
