Your goal is to build consultative relationships with stakeholders in small to medium sized businesses. Company provides an out-sourcing HR dept. REQUIREMENTS
Looking for mandatory 5 years working within a business environment, 3 years MINIMUM in an outside sales role selling intangibles/services. Someone with a background selling payroll services and commercial insurance b2b sales experience will be looked upon very favorably. PEO experience is preferred. This is solution selling at its best and needs someone comfortable with this type of service orientated sale. Former small biz owners also provide wonderful background, as long as this is combined with solid sales experience. Financial services, payroll services, telecommunications, investment bankers, biz brokers are all backgrounds that may be a good fit. This is a rather complex sale, and superb selling skills are essential. Tremendous opp for the right individual.
