Automotive Sales Consultant

Cross Road Chrysler Jeep is looking to develop top performing sales professionals who have a drive to meet their goals while maintaining the highest commitment to customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by explaining each models features and benefits and describing all optional equipment.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required
Maintain a prospect and owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

This is an entry level retail Sales Professional position. No sales experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Strong desire to succeed with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer’s expectations and achieve your goals.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
