Associate Director of Admissions

Hollywood Pop Academy is a part of Campus Hollywood which is the holding company of Musicians Institute (www.mi.edu), Elegance International Make-Up (www.ei.edu), ESP Guitar Company (www.espguitars.com), Schecter Guitars (www.schecterguitars.com) and Theatre of Arts (www.toahollywood.com). This pop singing division was established in 2003 and has been developing talents. There is currently a buzz in the music industry about Hollywood Pop Academy. We are located in the famous Hollywood & Highland complex, the very same property where the Kodak Theatre is which is the home of the Academy Awards.

The Hollywood Pop Academy is looking for someone who really loves music business and loves sales. This is a full time, marketing and sales position that answers to the Director of Admissions who will train the qualified candidate in our proven marketing method. We are seeking a driven individual who wants to be a key part of a growing and prosperous organization.
The job includes:

-Manage incoming calls to maximize attendance at auditions
-Supervisor part-time sales staff
-Supervise registration for auditions
-Oversee audition process to make sure time is managed effectively
-Oversee collection of delinquent accounts
-Supervise staff and teachers to make all classes run smoothly
- Must meet set monthly goals + targets
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must have:

-Strong sales background.
-Excellent telephone skills.
-Admissions experience is highly evaluated.
-Marketing knowledge and experience.
-Excellent communications skills.
-Strong drive to help others succeed.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
-Outstanding customer service skills.
-Love for the performing arts.
-Bachelors degree preferred
