Assisted Living Facility looking for a Manager of Facility Sales. In this position you will be responsible for selling unit’s within the facility to the community. Use your real estate experience and contacts to excel in this unique opportunity.

Make your contacts in Port Charlotte/Sarasota/Venice help sell our ALF's to the community. Develop and implement an effective marketing plan, monitor and track results, build positive community relations and customer base to increase the referral base.

Establish positive relations with residents, families, and the community at large, tour potential residents, families, and/or community representatives.Job Requirements

Prior real estate sales experience preferred.

Demonstrate strong ethical practices regarding
individual/resident rights.

Promote positive relationships with residents providing leadership as a resident advocate supporting autonomy and choice.

Achieve sales goals, increase the referral base and develop & maintain business networks in the market place.
