Farmers Insurance/Financial Services District Operations seeks Assistant District Manager. This position is designed to be a 24-30 month springboard to a full District Manager appointment within Farmers Group.
The ideal candidate MUST have a 4 yr. degree, a solid track record of success (insurance industry experience may be a plus), and recruiting/hiring experience.
Farmers Group is the nation's 4th largest property & casualty insurer and has been rated #1 by Ranking Arizona (Arizona Business Journal) 6 times in the past 7 years.
REQUIREMENTS
4 yr. degree required
Track record of success and stability
Insurance experience may be a plus
Recruiting/hiring background is required
Candidates must be open to the potential for relocation upon full District Manager appointment in 24-30 months.
(Compenstion could become significant upon appointment to District Manager, along with equity participation)
