Critical tasks will include calling on the specification community consisting of designers, colorists, architects, and builders to create "pull through" sales for the Cultured Stone product line and converting business from our competition. Development and maintenance of a network of qualified installers is needed to hold and convert specifications. Development and maintenance of the proper distribution channel consisting of dealers and distributors is vital to the success of this position, so channel management is an ongoing process. Development of inter-company relationships and product knowledge to execute on a One Company “pull through” approach is also required.The ideal home office location is Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.The selected candidate will have a four year degree in business or a related field, up to 10+ years in sales, accomplished in strategic territory planning and execution, accomplished in architectural and residential builder sales (specification creation, pull through selling and conversion of competitive specifications), accomplished in channel management and possesses the talent to move upward within our company.Competencies:
