General Job Description
Under general supervision, this position plans and performs analysis to guide the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This includes both large scale and departmental solutions encompassing software design, software development, and technical documentation. The primary focus of this position is as the applications developer and analyst.

Community REACH CENTER (formerly Adams Community Mental Health Center) is a private nonprofit center providing mental health services to residents of Adams County. The Center provides evaluations, counseling and therapies to adults, adolescents, children, families and seniors. We currently have 16 sites offering 43 different programs.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will posses the following skills:

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Entry-Level with Recent Certification
MCAD or MCSD preferred

-.NET Development
-Full cycle software development
-Database design and development
-administration and development of enterprise wide multi platform software solutions
-exp in a SQL*Server hardware and software environment.
-Exp with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET 2.0/C#
