Analyst, Interactive Marketing (Prospect Acquisition)

Is your success due to your ability to drive results, analyze trends, communicate conclusions, and collaborate? American Express Interactive's Prospect Acquisition Team, which focuses on optimizing the American Express website to drive profitable prospect acquisition, is seeking an analyst to help drive Card acquisition in close collaboration with our partners in Consumer Card Services Group and OPEN Small Business Services.The AXPi (American Express Interactive) division develops strategies and leads interactive projects to drive and support the company's global businesses and goals. Online is becoming an increasingly important channel for Card acquisition at American Express, and there is opportunity for it to grow even faster. Additional growth will require developing transformational and innovative acquisition ideas, collaborating with business partners and other AXPi teams, and executing on our strategies. We are seeking a results-oriented strategic thinker to help take acquisition to the next level.The Analyst will be responsible for:

Managing day to day operations of our website including submitting and reviewing site enhancements

Working with our agency, technology, and internal teams to execute on strategies that drive Card acquisition

Managing new product launches as they relate to the website (e.g., incorporating the products into marketing campaigns and existing pages and launching new product pages)

Managing our operating budget

Analyzing and reporting web usage and acquisition trends to inform decision-making

Leading projects that entail:
o Collaborating with partners in consumer cards and small business cards to support business unit strategies and goals
o Collaborating with other groups in American Express including the AXPi Loyalty, Cross-site experience, and Site Marketing & Optimization teams
o Working with our agencies, and technology teams
o Being accountable for goals and results of projectsJob Requirements
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills

Ability to drive results

Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills

Understanding of marketing and customer (prospect) experience; online experience preferred.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

Desire to have fun!
