POSITION TITLE: Analyst
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED: NonePRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
: Perform training related and administrative functions in support of distance education programs for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Health and Emergency Preparedness. Employee will also coordinate, schedule and handle logistics for meetings, classes and training exercises. Some domestic travel will be required..RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):(1) Maintain student registration for courses and database(2) Input student information and course materials in the Blackboard System(3) Assist with the scheduling and facilitation of training sessions, exercises and meetings.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: BS/BA or equivalent experience
Relevant Experience (amount and type): Emergency Management - 2 years, Office Management - 2 yearsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in working with the Blackboard on-line education program and/or other distance education program.WORKING LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO
