AmeriSuites - Sales Assistant

Job Description: Prepares all written correspondence (letters, memos, proposals, contracts) for Director of Sales. Assists in the daily tracking of Top 25 Accounts Report. Sets up new client files. Maintains "tracer" files for sales functions. Maintains office supplies inventories. Orders new supplies with approval of Director of Sales. Conducts limited, low-volume account prospecting. May be responsible for group bookings.
