Agricultural Sales and Development Manager

This sales position is responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy for the growth of company's Agricultural Tires through distributors and associate dealers. Responsibilities include attainment of objectives through increased volume, market share, margin and growth of distributor/dealer network. Other duties include the development of a 2nd tier dealer sales network in collaboration with the distributor and sales calls to end using farmers.

Responsibilities:

Forms effective, consultative partnerships with assigned accounts that result in increased sales of companys' products
devises, recommends and assists in the development and execution of sales and service plans
Maintains the highest possible net recovery for each given sale REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Outside sales experience
BS Degree, preferably Agricultural related.
Experience in the US Agriculture Market in sales related products or services is required.

Knowledge in market analysis, customer relations, budget management, needs analysis, and brand positioning

**Candidates must be available to begin the Sales Training class on Sept 14, 2006. No relocation.
