Seeking a dynamic, driven, Agency Director for Springfield, Decatur, and Champaign Illinois locations.

Administratively responsible for:
•Overall management of the Agency's programs in accordance with policies determined by the Board of Directors and compliance with state, federal, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA and other applicable regulations and standards.
•Provision of services, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivery of services.
•Program planning, the general supervision of therapeutic services, staff education and preparation of the Agency's annual evaluation.
•Business Development, growth compliance and P&L.

REQUIREMENTS
1. CANDIDATES MUST BE AN RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license and at least 3-5 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care.
2. Three (3) years home health and/or and supervisory and/or administrative experience. Previous Home Health Administrator position preferred. BSN preferred.
3. Must have a vehicle, driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance and be willing to travel between the three sites.
4. Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to
complete the job.
