Advertising Sales Representative

ADVERTISING SALES REPRESENTATIVETrader Publishing Company, the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in the US, www.Traderonline.com, www.cycletrader.com and www.boats.com, seeks highly motivated individuals for the position of advertising sales representative with focus on specialty dealerships (Boat, Motorcycle, RV, Trucks and Heavy Equipment) in New York City Boroughs and Westchester. Ideal candidates will desire the challenge of selling comprehensive advertising packages (print and internet) with strong national name brand recognition. The business model combines a strong repeat customer base with ongoing development of new clientele. Therefore the applicant should have a proven track record of relationship selling and be able to prospect and close new business. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.Specific duties will include: Prospect/sign new clients in assigned area and maintain existing customer base Achieve revenue goals and objectives Develop proposals for clients Photograph pictures of vehicles Manage collections for assigned accounts Provide accurate and timely forecasting to management Process paperwork for clients in deadline timeframesQualifications: Two Years minimum of qualified sales experience. Strong closing skills! Ability to effectively cold call Self-disciplined work ethic Ability to work within deadlines Highly developed interpersonal skills Knowledge and interest in the industry helpful, but not required Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not requiredWe offer: Unlimited earning potential! Many of our representatives earn well over six figures. Targeted first year annualized pay of base + commission $50,000 to $60,000 with accelerated earnings once account base is established.
