Meyer & Wallis is searching for a senior account manager/director for our Indianapolis office to be responsible for one or more complex accounts. We value brains, talent, passion, courage, curiosity and experience – pretty much in that order. We also insist on absolute integrity.

To succeed, you need to take ownership and responsibility for managing Agency efforts to achieve Client goals. You should exhibit smart thinking that reflects Client objectives, have an aptitude for written communication, show attention to detail, and the ability to effectively work with Agency departments. Ideally, you’ll have something like a ninth degree black belt in Account management skills including…precise project managementstrategic guidance and planningability to develop strong relationships with Client and Agency contactsAnd it would be swell if you knew the difference between a good ad and a bad one.You should also understand, value and interpret market research in order to create smart strategies and write insightful creative briefs.

Experience with Interactive/web-based marketing efforts, as well as traditional media, would be icing on the cake.

Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of strong advertising and marketing experience - with several years at an agency preferred. Healthcare and/or retail industry knowledge is a plus.
