Activity Sales Agent- Vegas

Purpose:
Expedia’s Destination Services team is looking for a talented sales professional to join an exceptional sales team. The Activity Sales Agent is responsible for selling activity tickets and providing superior concierge service at one of our desk locations. The Activity Sales Agent is an expert in the local attractions of Las Vegas and the area itself. The qualified candidate brings proven sales skills and high-touch customer service experience to the team.

Core Responsibilities

?Direct to customer sales of attraction tickets, vacation activities and travel reservations to inbound travelers in the Lass Vegas market to achieve weekly sales targets
?Assist customers in selecting appropriate activities through excellent communication and presentation skills
?Assist customers with problem resolution in any situation (sales or customer service) to create a memorable experience with our company
?Answer inbound calls and assist customers with sales and service information.
?Reach out to teammates to offer and to ask for help
?Maintain a positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for all of our products and services

Skills Required

?3+ years of sales experience in a performance driven environment
?Exceptional customer service skills
?Excellent communication skills required (fluent English required, bilingual a plus)
?Knowledge of Las Vegas market and attractions required
?Knowledge of travel and/or ticket industry a plus
?OPC or concierge experience a plus
