Account Sales Executive

Nations fastest growing privately owned staffing company seeks career-minded individual as an Account Sales Executive. The Account Sales Executive identifies new business opportunities and is responsible for all aspects of sales: business development, direct sales, and customer service. Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to secure new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity coordinated within that plan or approach. Responsible for creating the account plan and coordinating the approach and communication strategy.

Other duties may include assisting the staffing coordinator with the recruitment of employees, interviewing field employees, placing employees on assignment. This position requires an organized approach to your workload, a positive attitude and good decision-making abilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent telephone and interpersonal commnication skills. Ability to handle tasks in a confidential manner. Must be creative, self-directed, enthusiastic, flexible, professional and well organized. Must have the ability to problem solve and think independently. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn other programs.
